The tree represents the road to better health care \nin the region and the tree lights light the way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe new visual concept truly reflects our partnership with UNI \nFinancial Cooperation. This partnership with the foundations of the \nhospitals in Northern New Brunswick shows that the Northern Star \nCampaign is a community project that brings people together and raises \nawareness of our hospitals\u2019 urgent needs. &nbsp;A total of $745,000 has been \ninvested in our respective hospitals since the first Annual Northern \nStar Campaign. &nbsp;For more information or to make a donation, people can \ngo to their UNI Financial Cooperation point of service or visit \nwww.etoilenord.ca,\u201d said Bernard Th\u00e9riault, Northern Star Campaign Chair\n for the Fondation H\u00f4pital de l\u2019Enfant-J\u00e9sus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe employees of UNI Financial Cooperation are very proud to be part\n of this activity. The Northern Star Campaign is an important activity \nfor us, as 100% of funds raised remains in our communities and is used \nto support our health care facilities. &nbsp;People are invited to purchase a\n mini-Christmas tree at their UNI Financial Cooperation participating \npoint of service to support their local hospital,\u201d stated Hermel \nChiasson, representative of UNI Financial Cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLike many of you, I needed the services provided at my hospital. \nThis is why I encourage you to support the Northern Star Campaign. We \nshould all support our foundation, which is working hard to put in place\n equipment that will improve screening and frontline care at our \nhospital. Your contribution will help to support health professionals so\n they can offer better health care in our facilities,\u201d added Mike \nDoiron.<br>\nIn addition, the lighting of dedicated Christmas trees, holiday-themed \nfigures, and community fir trees near the hospitals will take place on \nDecember 1st.
