Dear Partners, Colleagues, Donors,
Like all of you, we are closely following the evolution of the Global Pandemic associated with COVID-19. We recognize that with the unprecedented pace of change worldwide, this is a time of uncertainty and instability for all.
With this in mind, your foundation has made the decision to close its physical offices located inside our hospital. During this period of closure, our employees will be working remotely and will be fully available for your questions, either by contacting us by phone at 506-544-2370 or by email at [email protected]. These precautionary measures have been taken to comply with Public Health guidelines encouraging a standard of social distancing and to ensure the safety of our employees, volunteers, donors and partners. In addition, it was of utmost importance for us to make room for our health professionals, who are doing an extraordinary job at this time to fight this virus.
We would like to take a moment to thank our many volunteers who put a lot of effort into planning our spring activities for our campaigns and who have seen either cancellations or rescheduling. They are inspiring community leaders and we are very grateful to them. We invite you to follow us on our Facebook page for updates on the progress and status of upcoming events. In the meantime, we continue to accept donations online or by mail and can assure you that these funds will find their way into the projects assigned at the beginning of the year.
Finally, we invite you to remain in solidarity with our health professionals by following the guidelines of Public Health and to respect the instructions listed. The Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation will be ready to answer the call of our institutions when required.
Your Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation team,
