GIVING HERE IN OUR REGION, A VITAL CONTRIBUTION TO HEALTH IN THE NORTH

The Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation held its 29th Annual General Meeting on January 22 to present a positive report of the 2018-19 fiscal year.

This past year was a very successful one for the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation. The Foundation was able to capitalize on each of its activities, including the Northern Star Campaign, the golf tournament and the Roses Radiothon, to play a very positive role within the greater Chaleur region community. We are very proud to be able to count on support from the community, which has, over this past year, demonstrated the importance it places on its hospital. In fact, the Foundation contributed more than $740,000 to the Chaleur Regional Hospital during this period. 

« We owe this success in large part to our generous donors but also to our tireless volunteers. They are living proof that when everyone is working toward the same goal, it’s impossible to aim too high. », explains Mr. Jean-Guy Robichaud, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation.

The elected members of the board of Directors of the Chaleur Regional Hospital Foundation are: Jean-Guy Robichaud (Chairman), Jennifer Cleversey Moffitt (Vice-Chair), Daryll Stothart, (Treasurer), Stéphane Legacy (Ex officio member), Annie Cyr (Secretary), Elisabeth Arseneau, Jessica Poirier, Dianne Hachey, Dr John LeBlanc, Joceline Maillet-Boudreau, Philippe Ferguson, Alice Hébert, Christina Mallet and Yoland Chiasson.
